Taking Photos Means “Looking At A Moment In Time”

After Supper Visions photography classes continue this winter, and the artists are remarkably optimistic, despite the challenges of cold weather and COVID-19. In a recent interview, Joe D. said that he likes to take multiple images of a photo, at different times of the day, and compare them. He says, “When you’re looking at a photograph, you’re looking at a moment in time…people can see that art, life, and photography are moments in time…they are life. Especially in a time like this, when we are all in lockdown, we want to do something…that helps us feel like we are human and still connected to the rest of the world.”

Stay tuned as After Supper Visions finds new and creative ways to showcase the photographic work of all of the artists this year.
