Editing, Artist Statements Key To Photo Exhibition

As March winds up, plans for the 2015 Photo Exhibition enter into an important new phase, as these pictures illustrate. At a recent Tuesday Night Supper, these artists took additional time to review their photos with members of the Photo Team. Once they  selected the photos that will appear in this year’s exhibit, they took the creative process to the next level, using online editing tools to bring out the best in their artwork. Photo Team members also work with each artist to help draft a Written Statement, that will be displayed along with each person’s  photos. Some of the most wonderful insights emerge at this time of year, as the artists describe what they were trying to capture, and what they were thinking as they took their photographs, within the context of their experiences and in their growing knowledge of modern art.
